Stretch out - checking for damage

Wanted to check that I hadn't done any damage to feet or knees so this morning I went for a reasonably quick 5k as a bit of a tester and to stretch the legs out and get them turning round. Holding sub 4min pace was too tough - everything felt hard - but dropped to around 4:30s and that felt fine, nice even.
Feet, knees, everything felt a little stiff, but that eased and I felt fine by the end. I think I've basically recovered, but I might step the training load back a little this week.
