My usual post-drop off speed and strength session in the park. Probably my least favourite session and I like to get it out of the way on a Monday - feels like I'm set for the rest of the week!
Body feeling a little creaky today. Left knee and left thigh - no idea why! Didn't seem to slow me down, but took a little longer than usual to warm up. Feeling better as I type this four hours post-workout. Longer one tomorrow...
