Speed and strength

Short one today to operate more as a stretch out. Did my usual speed and strength session: 1.5k warm up slow jog, then running drills, then five sets of the following; 400m flat out, jog back, pull ups, sit ups, squats, springs. Finish with more drills and then 1.5k very slow cool down. Felt hot today.
Tomorrow I'm planning something longer and more ambitious, so today was mostly about keeping the tinder dry...
