So today I wanted to use the fact I had tired legs from the marathon on Wednesday to put some endurance in them, but I didn't just want to plod round. So, I attempted a 20k pyramid run, starting at 5:30 per k and getting 10s faster per k till I hit 4:00, then held for 1k, and back down again. It felt ok, and I was contemplating going to 3:50 but decided not to push it. Glad I didn't as my right calf is feeling a little sore now. Beautiful day to run round Dulwich Park though. Day off tomorrow.
