Six runs in six days. This morning, while Leah was having her violin lesson I took the opportunity to get some hill sprints in up and down One Tree Hill in Honor Oak Park. It's a steep climb up to the top and then there is a slightly gentler path back to the bottom. I wore the On shoes again, and they are really nice for downhills, plenty of padding on the heel so you can keep the pace up without jarring your knees into oblivion.
It's a nice view from the top too...
