Didn't get out till just before lunch - so the glucose levels started to plummet about half way through my usual session. Cut it short and saved the legs, which were feeling weary today. I think I've still got quite a lot of last weeks double marathon in them. Tried the On shoes today and while they were comfortable they were slippery in the wet, but only on the tarmac - definitely think they'll be better on the trails.
