Not my standard training session, but we are having a fundraising bike ride at the kid's school, and this was the training ride. 50k was by far the furthest I have ever cycled! It felt great though and we were well lead by Ben out of London and into Kent, down some lanes and back. Thanks to Ben, Nana, Dan, Oliver, Andrew and Fiorella for making it a great morning! I really enjoyed it. Might have to do a bit more on my bike in the future...
