Took the opportunity while Leah was at her violin lesson to do some hill reps up round the back of Forest Hill. Canonbie Road is spectacularly steep (doesn't really look it in the photo below!). Feeling fully recovered from Tuesday's 50k effort now. Wonder what I'll do next week...
