The show goes on. Spent some time this evening getting everything ready to go on Saturday. I've got about 20 litres of water, 8 litres of cold pressed fruit juice, high vegetable content, 8 litres of coconut water, four packs of sandwiches (tuna), a big bag of dried figs, 11 oat/nut bars, 2 packets of pringles, 4 snickers, 2 loaves of maltloaf, a pack of dried mango, and a bunch of bananas. Three pairs of shoes, two pairs of shorts, two pairs of pants, three t-shirts, three pairs of socks, two long sleeve tops, gloves, arm warmers, a towel, a trowel, wipes, toilet paper and plastic bags (don't think about this too much), headtorch, reflective body paint, a funnel, maps, vaseline (large), plasters, antihistamine cream, phone charger and lead, watch, phone carrier (arm), soft pouches and earphones.

This looks like a ridiculous amount of stuff to take on a run! Comfortingly so. Guess it must be a pretty ridiculous run.
